岗位职责 1.负责酒店人力资源部的管理工作。 2.负责制定酒店人力资源政策、制度。 3.建立酒店的招聘管理体系，有效控制员工流动率。 4.制定酒店人力资源规划，并组织实施。 5.组织完成年度培训计划，针对核心员工进行职业规划。 6.健全人事、劳资、聘任、奖惩等各项规章制度。 7.建立绩效管理与考核体系。 岗位要求 1.本科以上学历，从事酒店人力资源工作八年以上。 2.熟知国家、地区劳动法律法规及相关政策。 3.拥有良好个性与魅力的授课风格，培训技能娴熟。 4.管理类专业，接受过系统的人力资源管理理论培训 。

岗位职责 1.根据部门总体市场策略编制自己分管的市场的销售计划。 2.对本市场中的客源大户要熟悉他们的基本情况，随时关注其变化并适时做出应对。 3.组织本组组员对新市场进行开发。 4.管理开发好自己的客户。 5.负责组织销售计划的审定及落实，并进行督查。 6.掌握每位销售人员每日销售接待活动，并审核销售记录卡。 7.协助部门经理做好本市场客户的建立及升级管理工作，保持客户档案的完整。 岗位要求 1.性格开朗活泼，善于与人沟通，致力于从事销售行业工作。 2. 有从事酒店营运岗位工作经验优先考虑。 3.英语听说读写良好，电脑操作顺畅。
