【岗位职责】 1、负责餐厅日常服务工作，包括餐前准备、餐中服务及餐后收尾工作； 2、按照服务标准为客人提供优质的餐饮服务，确保顾客的用餐体验； 3、熟悉菜单内容及酒水知识、能够为客人提供专业的点餐建议； 4、保持餐厅环境整洁，维护餐具及设备的正常使用； 5、协助处理客人投诉及特殊需求，及时反馈给带班经理/主管； 6、遵守酒店规章制度及食品安全卫生标准。 【岗位要求】 1、有志在酒店行业发展的应届毕业生/实习生； 2、热爱服务行业，具有良好的顾客服务意识、亲和力、沟通技巧和团队合作精神； 3、能够适应倒班工作制，包括周末及节假日排班； 4、具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神。

前厅部实习生：在遵循希尔顿集团及酒店政策程序的前提下让顾客在到达，停留，离开的整个过程中享受便利。 餐饮部实习生：本职位要求在餐厅服务的服务人员能为客人提供有效率以及专业的服务，在符合国际希尔顿服务标准的前提下保证向客人提供周到的服务，令客人感到舒适满意。 厨房部实习生：根据工作标准、在指定厨房区域为客人及团队成员准备食品。 客房部实习生：学习客房部营运相应知识及技能，能够独立在基础岗位上工作，并对客房部各部门的日常运作做好支持和配合。 商务发展部实习生：在销售总监，高级销售经理协调管理下，在业务发展总监的指导下完成所有销售活动，并协助所有销售经理及代表在他/她负责的区域内完成所有销售活动以及充分地把握商业机遇。

餐饮部：厨房实习生1-2名，餐厅实习生1-2名，上班时间：早班、中班和两头班。 实习期：5个月以上可考虑
