Job Requirement岗位要求
Three years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
三年相关经验或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
Bachelor's degree in materials, purchasing management or related field.

Proficient in Microsoft Windows software, good writing skills.

Work experience in state-owned enterprise tendering and bidding.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of five years progressive hotel banquet kitchen experience, fiveyears as Executive Chef preferable

· Converse with Guests about wines promotion, advising the types and styles of wine, taking wine orders and serving wine
与客人谈论葡萄酒,建意葡萄酒的品种和风格,写单和为客人送酒
· Promoting and up-selling of signature food and beverages to guests
向客人推销部门招牌食品以及饮品。
· Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints

o 餐厅设施设备整洁

o 餐具擦拭干净
o 瓷器洁净无瑕疵
o 服务区准备就绪
o 餐具正确地摆放在餐桌和自助台上
o 餐桌摆台完毕
o 熟知预订情况(任何特殊活动,贵宾和常客)
o 对于顾客的特殊要求要提前做好准备并尽力满足
o 音乐和灯光按餐厅标准调试得当
o 餐厅准备就绪以迎接宾客

o 问候并引领宾客就座
o 有效地利用托盘和托盘支架
o 准确处理宾客的付款

· 确保做到如下几点以提供优质的酒水服务:
o 适时推销鸡尾酒、红酒和其他饮品
o 与宾客交流并适时向宾客推荐红酒和饮品
o 所有鸡尾酒和酒水必须按照宾客的需求调配
o 热饮热供,冷饮冷供
· 以高效和职业的态度解决宾客的投诉
· 当有个别宾客过度饮酒时及时告知管理层
· 食物和酒水必须按酒店标准存储得当
