1.Assist the hotel sales director to establish plans for various market areas to achieve team and individual guest occupancy goals, and continue to develop the relationship with customers in designated markets.

· Meet and greet all guests, andpotential guests, at the front of the Restaurant by ensuring the following:

· Escort guests to theirpreferred table or reserved table and seat guests according to restaurantstandards
