    This position is responsible for the planning, execution and delivery of the hotel MICE sales activities. As the Manager, FF&E Procurement (HGI) – Greater China & Mongolia, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: -Work independently in key areas of supplier management, product development and program management for assigned commodities with oversight from FF&E Sourcing Director. -Manage FF&E sourcing initiatives with little management oversight, including bidding, analysis, coordination of design reviews, and award recommendations. -Support product development through the review of shop drawings and working with design teams and suppliers on value engineering. -Evaluate and recommend suppliers for Hilton’s FF&E programs, including evaluating product quality, production capability, sales and support capabilities, and financial stability. -Act as a subject matter expert for the categories assigned and provide insight and innovation to all internal Hilton departments, including the development of Brand Standards. -Support Hilton’s responsible sourcing initiatives, particularly in regard to supplier diversity and sustainability. -Negotiate with suppliers to define program expectations, program pricing, warranties and inventory levels. -Monitor and manage suppliers for quality and cost, functioning as primary point of contact for Quality Assurance (QA) issues. -Ensure on-time update and data accuracy in Hilton’s operating systems such as SmartSpend, intranet. 【任职要求】 What are we looking for?
