1、协助客房部的整体经营和运作，分配督导员工工作，制定工作计划。 2、确保部门成本及各项费用，得以良好的控制。 3、根据酒店的运营标准，随时对房间和设施设备及各项物品进行检查。 4、制定部门的年度预算，并确保部门的经营费用控制在预算之内。 5、检查客房部的设施和管理，抽查及提升本部门整体工作质量及工作效率。

1.具有餐饮部食物/饮料及服务方面的完整知识； 2.确保向同事解说酒店及集团政策，并严格贯彻落实； 3.加强应用酒店食品安全/急救程序的意识； 4.对在其工作区域的食品安全负有责任，包括记录，食品准备，储存，服务，培训，监控，沟通，设施设备或提高食品安全的行为； 5.确保同事对酒店食物安全和卫生标准具备必要的警惕； 6.协助餐厅经理领导确保餐厅的顺利运作； 7.维持餐厅食物及饮料/服务/清洁质量始终如一； 8.在服务过程中获取顾客的反馈，确保顾客满意； 9.处理轻微的抱怨，并将其以恰当的方式汇报给上级领导； 10.在操作设备前进行检查。
