【岗位职责】 1．掌握所负责楼层的住客状况，提供对客服务。 2．管理好楼层定额物品，严格控制客用品消耗，做好废品回收； 3．负责对结账房间的查房工作； 4．负责查收宾客洗衣、酒水的送回和补充工作； 5．负责楼层公共区域卫生的清洁工作和部分房间的清洁工作； 6．负责杯具的清洁与消毒工作； 7．负责脏布草的收集、更换与新布草的折叠、摆放、送洗工作； 8.  完成易耗品、布草的定期盘点工作。 【岗位要求】 1．初中及以上学历。有 1 年以上客房工作经验； 2．身体健康，相貌端正，有服务意识，礼貌对待客人； 3．接受过正规客房服务工作培训; 4.  能独立完成标准房型的清洁工作.
