Function as
primary support to the Director of Human Resources including activities in
employment, benefits, payroll, associates relations, wages and salary
administration, worker’s compensation.

9.Work with DHR
/Training Manger on the hotel training programs and learning system to
support workforce planning and career development.

10.Assist managers
with analyzing strength and weakness of the subordinates and assist in
preparing development plan.
