Scope and Objectives: Be responsible for the establishment and execution of clear short- and long-term goals to ensure the combined elements of well-being in the resort are aligned with the hotel brand values. This includes the daily leadership of the spa and / or fitness / recreation team, business and strategic directions of the business including marketing and social activities to promote the spa and / or wellness facilities. The quality and guest experience, as well as team motivation, is a key component of everyday operations. Proactive management of financial P / L for maximum business opportunities as well as ensuring optimal internal auditing processes are in place. Alignment with the individual brand values represented for wellness is imperative. This role has a particular focus on not only the genuine well-being of the guests but also the well-being of the colleagues and colleagues programming, working closely with Talent and Culture teams.  Job Responsibilities: • Adhere to the Spa and Recreation Policy & Standard Operating Procedures manual. • Act as an Ambassador for wellness at the hotel representing the brand values for colleagues establishing relationships with internal and external stakeholders representing the values of the brand and Accor. 岗位职责  1、实施工作标准和服务程序，督促员工严格履行其岗位职责。 2、根据营业情况，对服务员进行工作任务分配，确保提供优质服务。  3、与宾客和厨房保持良好的工作关系，及时向经理和厨师长反馈宾客对食品，服务方面的信息，不断提高餐饮产品和服务的质量。  4、了解客情，亲自为重要宾客服务。  5、处理餐厅里发生的问题和宾客的意见，并及时向经理汇报。  6、定期检查，清点餐厅的设备、餐具、布草等物品，将结果汇报给经理。 岗位要求 1、中专及以上学历。 2、有两年以上高星级酒店工作经验，有国际联号工作经验者优先。 3、熟悉西餐厅专业知识，熟练使用电脑。 4、掌握熟悉西餐厅管理、服务流程和质量标准。 5、具有组织协调能力、应变能力、经营能力以及文字表达能力和信息管理能力。

The Demi Chef de Partie reports to Chef de Cuisine. As Demi Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for the following duties: The Demi Chef de Partie is responsible to assist the Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine in culinary operations of a specific kitchen or outlet. Maintain clear communications with the Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine, including all relative internal communications, and to relay all guest comments both positive and negative. Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental/hotel policies and procedures. To produce consistently high-quality food production and presentation, always meeting agreed standards. He is to ensure a positive & professional working environment throughout the kitchens. Ensure that agreed food hygiene, licensing and safety standards are upheld or surpassed, at all times. Abide by all rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the hotel. Ensure the effective Inter kitchen and inter departmental communications are conducted in professional manner Ensure kitchen is set up and closed according to Standard Operating Procedures, including correct storage of all foods and meeting hotel Standards.
