【岗位职责】 1、负责酒店消防监控中心的日常值班工作，24小时监控消防报警系统、安防系统等设备运行状态； 2、及时发现并处理消防、安防系统的报警信息，做好记录并按规定流程上报； 3、定期检查消防设施设备（如灭火器、消防栓、应急照明等）的完好性，确保其处于正常状态； 4、协助制定并执行酒店的消防安全管理制度及应急预案，参与消防演练； 5、配合相关部门处理突发事件，确保酒店人员及财产安全； 6、完成上级交办的其他消防安全相关工作。 【岗位要求】 1、持有消防设施操作员证（初级或以上）或相关资格证书优先； 2、具备基本的消防安全知识，熟悉消防监控系统操作流程； 3、责任心强，反应敏捷，能冷静应对突发事件； 4、具备良好的沟通协调能力，能与其他部门有效配合； 5、能适应倒班工作制（含夜班），无不良嗜好； 6、无犯罪记录，身体健康，符合岗位体能要求。

1、为客人提供身体按摩、身体套餐疗程、面部护理、手部护理、脚部护理和头发护理等疗程。           2、正确贯彻执行疗程的程序、服务标准、产品知识。 3.、确保水疗区域和所有设施设备的安全。        4.、全面了解水疗部的各项服务。 任职要求： 1、 有同岗位工作经验者优先考虑； 2、工作态度积极。 3、性格开朗。 4、沟通能力强。

【岗位职责】 1、负责酒店各类设施设备的日常维修与保养工作，包括但不限于水电系统、木制品、油漆修补等综合维修任务 2、定期检查酒店公共区域、客房及后勤区域的设施状况，及时处理各类维修需求 3、按要求完成墙面刷新、家具修复、门窗调整等日常维护工作，确保酒店环境整洁美观 4、参与酒店小型改造项目，协助完成隔断安装、装饰调整等工程任务 5、严格遵守安全操作规程，正确使用各类维修工具和设备，确保工作安全 6、做好维修记录和材料使用登记，定期提交工作报告 【岗位要求】 1、具备基础维修技能，至少掌握水电、木工或油漆中的一项专业技能 2、能够独立完成常见维修任务，动手能力强，工作效率高 3、工作认真负责，吃苦耐劳，能适应酒店行业的工作特点 4、具备良好的安全意识和服务意识，有团队合作精神 5、有相关工作经验者优先

1、按照标准提供食品，确保食品准备和摆放在生产中按照标准。 2、帮助其他在厨房的成员确保一天的正常准时运作达到客人的满意度。 3、确保食品的储存，准备，获得安全卫生。 4、维持标准的清洁和卫生在所有的厨房和相关区域内。

职位描述 1、查看交班记录，了解上一班的移交事项，并负责处理； 2、熟悉预订资料，了解客情，尤其要记住即将来电的贵宾、常客的姓名，了解酒店的所有活动； 3、熟悉酒店有关客房销售的各项政策，向来店宾客推销客房，努力争取最好的经济效益； 4、熟练总台各项专业业务和技能，搞好对客服务； 5、熟练掌握店内信息，提供准确的问讯服务； 6、负责为下榻酒店的宾客办理入住登记手续； 7、负责客房钥匙的管理和发放工作并严格遵守验证制度； 8、制作有关报表，为其它部门提供准确的接待信息。 任职要求： 1、大专以上文化程度，流利的英语口语； 2、性格开朗、头脑灵活、工作踏实，具有较强的服务意识、推销意识和责任感。
