基本职责 1.        负责完成餐饮销售目标和酒店的收入目标。 2.        通过与客户的沟通，并与国内外客户建立牢固的合作和商业伙伴关系。      3.        确定所有关于餐饮包括从初始阶段至最后结帐的细节。  4.        确保向客户提供水准的服务，并与相关部门协调其它细节。 5.        确保餐饮预定单的准确性, 所有服务细节，建立维持一个有效的跟催系统以确保回头客。 6.        按照现行政策执行所有sop标准. 岗位职责/描述： 1、在餐饮总监的督导下，监控管理餐饮的销售活动及市场推广，确保完成各项销售指标； 2、每周、每月进行销售业绩回顾，并根据回顾结果采取必要措施； 3、精通酒水知识及对酒水有效管理、负责制定各餐厅酒水单； 4、确保对商品价格进行有效估价，尽可能地符合客人的意愿，将酒店服务做到最好； 5、通过热情招待、加强交流、定点拜访、酒店介绍等销售技巧，提高销售业绩；   6、保持与酒店老客户、现有及潜在客户之间的联系，尤其是商业合作上的联系，根据预定计划组织定期的客户拜访，与客户保持良好关系；  7、在主要客户及贵宾到店时欢迎其光临，并做好在店内的接待工作； 8、提供完善的售后服务，确保妥善处理所有客人投诉，如需要可与相关部门进行商讨沟通； 9、记录酒店老客户、目前及潜在客户的信息资料并整理归档，以便更好使用客人资料管理工具； 10、负责记录部门所有销售及其他相关活动，为制定下月暂行月度安排表做好准备； 11、制定每日接待店内客户数量，积极接触餐厅的客人，挖掘潜在需求建立合作关系； 12、及时收集客户反馈，每周或在任何必要情况下与餐饮部门分享信息，便于提高和改进； 13、利用竞争对手分析工具了解并熟悉竞争对手相关产品信息，特别是重点客户及相应产量，密切监控竞争对手动态，并定期及时向餐饮总监汇报； 14、通过直接销售拜访、联合销售拜访、电话销售、通信等方式努力将酒店主要市场保持在一个高水准的位置； 15、记录日常销售拜访记录。

【岗位职责】 1、会议销售主任工作地:厦门。 2、负责完成部门营业目标确定会议、团队市场分配给自己的销售目标。 3、负责不断开发、发展新客户 。 4、经常拜访新老客户，与新老客户保持密切的关系，及时掌握新老客户的新需求和客源情况，随时为客户处理用房，娱乐用餐、会议等事宜。 5、经授权代表酒店与客户签订有关团队、会议销售协议，并及时与其他部门沟通，保证协议的实施。 6、陪同来访客户参观酒店设备设施，赠送本酒店的宣传资料。 7、负责做好团队、会议市场资料收集、汇总及建档工作。及时掌握市场动态，为部门及领导提供准确的信息资料。 8、负责重要人物的宴会以及会议，密切注意客人的需求。 9、协助财务部、前厅部、餐饮部 处理好团队用餐、会议开房、信用及结账等工作，在会议及宴会后确认所有的帐单已经结清并显示在帐目上。 【岗位要求】 1、大专以上学历。有2年同岗位工作经验。 2、 掌握一定的市场、公关销售知识和技巧，全面了解酒店的产品和服务。 3、 有较强的协调、推销和交际能力及书面、口头表达能力。 4、掌握应用销售及前台的电脑系统。 5、 身体健康，精力充沛，仪表端庄，反应灵活。
