职位描述 协助各部门做好对客服务，纠正错误，改善不足。做好客人投诉的处理工作，并进行跟进。 1、每班检查当日抵店客人信息，包括贵宾、会员、常规客人、团队的情况以及特别要求。 2、确保客人的抱怨被合适的记录并采取行动避免客人不满意的离开酒店。必要时从管理人员处获得帮助。 3、维持对万豪旅享家会员计划的高度了解，确保正确处理、准备报告并积极参与发展新会员 4、处理客人要求并通过亲自追踪相关部门负责确保客人的要求被满足 5、对医疗要求和紧急事件做出快速反应6、维持有效的对客关系，建立和谐的气氛并提供个性化的服务和帮助，在必要时协助前台工作，帮助客人登记入住，结帐离店等等7、负责酒店夜间运行，根据具体程序完成夜间审计工作8、其他前厅相关事宜

岗位职责 1、查看交班记录，了解上一班的移交事项，并负责处理； 2、熟悉预订资料，了解客情，尤其要记住即将来电的贵宾、常客的姓名，了解酒店的所有活动； 3、熟悉酒店有关客房销售的各项政策，向来店宾客推销客房，努力争取最好的经济效益； 4、熟练总台各项专业业务和技能，搞好对客服务； 5、熟练掌握店内信息，提供准确的问讯服务； 6、负责为下榻酒店的宾客办理入住登记手续； 7、负责客房钥匙的管理和发放工作并严格遵守验证制度； 8、制作有关报表，为其它部门提供准确的接待信息。 工作地点：南通海门福朋喜来登酒店
