岗位职责： 1. 维护系统上线后与客户的关系，主动提供跟进服务。负责协调解决公司各类服务质量问题，以提升公司各类服务问题效率； 2. 负责对公司各类服务质量存在的隐患进行预警，以避免减少各类服务质量问题的发生； 3. 管理客户信息，定期组织客户关怀活动，收集客户经验，挖掘客户需求，维护客户关系； 4. 善于分析数据，并从阶段性数据中发现问题并及时调整； 5. 负责组织开展客户满意度调查活动，指导公司相关部门分析客户意度调查结果，并制定执行满意度提升计划，对计划执行进行监督、反馈、考核。 任职要求： 1. 大专及以上学历； 2. 具有酒店行业相关软件经验，包括酒店前台系统、财务系统、收益系统、餐饮系统等相关从业经验； 3. 有良好的英文书写以及表达能力优先； 4. 2年以上相关客户服务管理工作经验； 5. 优秀的客户服务意识，较强的协调沟通能力和亲和力； 6. 工作积极主动、责任心强，具有良好的团队合作意识； 7. 工作地点：上海。

1.负责前厅部的日常运营与管理，包括但不限于前台接待、礼宾服务、总机接转等各项工作的组织、协调与监督，确保高效运作。 2.制定前厅部每日、每周、每月的工作计划与排班安排，合理调配人力资源，保障人员充足且高效工作，应对宾客入住、退房高峰期以及各类突发情况。
