    Functions as the leader of the property’s sales department for properties with bookings over 300 peak rooms and significant local catering revenue. Manages the property's reactive and proactive sales efforts. Provides day to day leadership to sales associates to achieve property sales objectives with overall responsibility for achieving booking goals and property revenues. Implements the brand’s service strategy and applicable brand initiatives in all aspects of the sales process and focuses on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of the hotel’s’ sales objectives. Evaluates the property’s participation in the various sales channels (e.g., Area Sales, Group Sales within the Sales Office, electronic lead channels, etc.) and develops strong working relationships to proactively position and market the property. Manages the marketing budget to enable development of property specific campaigns, promotions and collateral to drive revenue and meet property objectives. Interfaces with regional marketing communications for regional and national promotions pull through. Develops and implements property–wide strategies that deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the brand’s target customer profile and property associates and provides a return on investment to the owner and Marriott International.COREWORK ACTIVITIESManaging Sales Activities· Manages the development of a strategic account plan for the demand generators in the market.· Manages the property's reactive and proactive sales efforts. · Determines and develops marketing communication activities, in conjunction with Regional Marketing Communications. · Provides customer intelligence in evaluating the market and economic trends that may lead to changes in sales strategy to meet or exceed customer expectations.· Reviews the Strategic Alignment Review (STAR) report, competitive shopping reports and uses other resources to maintain an awareness of the hotel’s market position.· Research competitor’s sales team strategies to identify ways to grow occupancy and RevPAR and increase market share.· Attends sales strategy meetings to provide input on weekly and overall sales strategy.· Suggests innovative marketing ideas and develops deployment strategies to continue to grow market share.· Evaluates and supports participation and account deployment with Area Sales and Group Sales within the Sales Office.· Serves as the sales contact forth General Manager, property leadership team, Group Sales and Area Sales leaders.· Serves as the sales contact for customers; serves as the customer advocate.· Serves as hotel authority on sales processes and sales contracts.· Serves as the property sales liaison with Area Sales, Group Sales, Revenue Management, Event Management, Regional Marketing Communications and other hotel departments as appropriate.· Participates in sales calls with members of the Sales and Marketing team to acquire new business and/or close on business.· Identifies public relations opportunities and coordinates activities to augment the overall marketing communication strategy.· Supports the General Manager by coordinating crisis communications.· Executes and supports Marriott’s Customer Service Standards and hotel’s Brand Standards.· Executes and supports the operational aspects of business booked (e.g., generating proposal, writing contract, customer correspondence). · Participates in and practices daily service basics of the brand.· Implements a seamless turnover from sales to operations and back to sales while consistently delivering high level of service.· Monitors the effective resolution of guest issues that arise as a result of the sales process by creating mechanisms to channel issues to property leadership and/or other appropriates take holders. · Maintains successful performance by increasing revenues, controlling expenses and providing a return on investment for the owner and Marriott International.· Implements the brand’s service strategy and applicable brand initiatives in all aspects of the sales process and focuses on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of the hotel’s’ sales objectives.· Interfaces with regional marketing communications for regional and national promotions pull through.· Performs other duties, as assigned, to meet business needs.Building Successful Relationships· Develops strong partnerships with local organizations to further increase brand/product awareness.· Develops and manages internal keys take holder relationships.· Develops strong community and public relations by maintaining property participation in local, regional and national tradeshows and client events.· Executes exemplary customer service to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty by assisting the customer and monitoring their satisfaction before and during their program/event.· Serves the customer by understanding their needs and recommending the appropriate features and services that best meet their needs and exceed their expectations, while building a relationship and loyalty to Marriott.· Gains understanding of the hotel’s primary target customer and service expectations;     一、职位概述全面负责酒店的战略分解与执行、日常运营、团队管理以及客户服务等工作,打造奢华酒店体验,提升酒店品牌形象与市场竞争力,实现酒店的可持续发展与盈利目标。二、岗位职责:1.运营管理(1)围绕公司战略,就酒店业务进行分解,制定年度工作计划并执行;(2)统筹酒店各部门日常运营工作,制定并完善酒店运营管理制度与流程,优化运营效率与服务品质,提升酒店整体运营水平;(3)负责酒店收益管理,实现酒店收益;(4)负责酒店预算管理,建立成本控制体系,严格控制酒店运营成本;(5)积极探索新的业务模式与特色活动,推动酒店业务创新与拓展,塑造酒店独特的品牌形象,创造新的经营增长点。(6)关注酒店设施设备维护与更新,确保酒店硬件设施符合接待标准,满足客户需求。3.团队建设与管理(1)负责酒店团队的打造与管理,负责各级人员的招聘、培训、绩效考核、晋升等;(2)制定员工培训与发展计划,提升员工专业技能与服务水平;(3)建立科学合理的绩效考核机制,明确各岗位工作目标与考核标准,提升工作积极性。4.客户服务管理(1)以客户为中心,制定并完善客户服务标准与流程,打造客户体验;(2)建立客户关系管理体系,加强与客户的沟通与互动,提升客户满意度与忠诚度;(3)结合酒店特色与优势,创新服务产品与服务模式,为客户提供个性化、定制化的服务,增强酒店服务的差异化竞争力。5.公共关系:负责对外关系维护及突发事件处理。三、任职要求1.教育背景:酒店管理或旅游相关专业大专以上学历;2.工作经验:3年以上高端奢华度假酒店总经理/执行总经理经历,有成功的酒店经营业绩案例;国际联号工作经历优先;3.专业技能:(1)熟悉奢华酒店的运营模式与管理流程,掌握熟悉奢华酒店品质管理与标准体系;(2)具备酒店收益体系化管理经验,能够通过数据分析为酒店经营决策提供有力支持;(3)具有较强的运营管理与组织协调能力;(4)拥有团队建设经验,能够通过激励机制打造高绩效团队;(5)具备良好的英语听说读写能力。4.个人素质(1)具备良好的职业道德与操守,诚实守信;具有高度的责任心与敬业精神;(2)具备敏锐的市场洞察力与创新思维;(3)具备较高的审美能力,能把控服务细节的美学呈现,将审美转化为可落地的服务、产品与场景;(4)具备较强的抗压能力与应变能力,能够在复杂多变的市场环境中应对各种挑战与危机。
