【岗位职责】 1、负责酒店内各类设施设备的日常维修、保养及故障排除，包括但不限于水电系统、空调系统、消防系统等； 2、定期检查酒店公共区域及客房的设施设备运行状况，确保其安全、高效运转； 3、协助完成酒店小型工程改造及设备安装工作； 4、及时响应各部门的维修需求，确保维修工作高效完成； 5、做好维修记录及设备保养档案，定期提交工作报告； 6、遵守酒店安全操作规程，确保维修作业符合相关安全标准； 7、协助管理维修工具及耗材，确保其合理使用与存放。 【岗位要求】 1、具备基本的维修技能，熟悉水电、空调、管道等常见设施设备的维修与维护； 2、持有相关职业资格证书（如电工证、焊工证等）者优先； 3、具备较强的动手能力及问题解决能力，能独立完成维修任务； 4、工作认真负责，具备良好的服务意识与团队协作精神； 5、能适应弹性工作时间，包括节假日及夜间的紧急维修需求； 6、无相关工作经验者可接受培训，但需具备学习意愿与积极性。

-向酒店客人提供行李寄存等相关的服务以及完成其它分配的工作 -向客人提供酒店和附近地方的信息咨询。 -向所有到店和离店的客人问候和告别以及当与客人接触时，用礼貌和友好的态度帮助客人。
