中餐厅/西餐厅/宴会厅 岗位职责 1.执行主管的工作指令，并向其报告工作。 2.坚持让客人完全满意的服务宗旨，带领员工按各餐厅服务程序和质量要求做好接待服务。 3.负责餐厅物料用品的领用、发放及耗损的记帐报帐工作。 4.带领全体员工做好各个餐厅服务工作。 5.记录宾客意见反馈及投诉，定时向主管汇报。 6.掌握菜式品种及简单制作方式。 7.做好班组交接工作，并做好记录。 8.了解各国风俗习惯及生活忌讳。 9.每日检查西餐厅的卫生及摆台状况。 10.关心全体员工生活，抓好班组文明建设。 岗位要求 1.具有一年以上五星级酒店餐饮服务工作经验； 2.思维敏捷，能够独立完成上级交待的工作

寒假工工作时间段： 即日~2026.03.03 【岗位职责】 1、负责迎接客人，引导客人入座. 2、根据客人的需求，提供酒水等餐饮服务。 3、保持包房或座位的整洁，及时更换烟灰缸，清理桌面垃圾。 4、协调与其他服务员或工作人员的工作，确保服务的连贯性和高效性。 5、协助客人进行结账，确保账单准确无误。 【岗位要求】 1、服务意识强，能够主动为客人提供优质服务。 2、具备良好的沟通能力，能够与客人进行愉快的交流，解决客人的问题。

【岗位职责】 1、疏导过往车辆，保障大堂门前过往车辆行人的安全，使门前畅通无阻。 2、服务周到热情，见宾客主动问好，对乘车宾客要协助迎宾员照料宾客下车。 3、保证酒店和宾客的生命财产安全。 4、保持好与大门岗及停车场岗位的联系使车辆有序出入停放。 5、加强巡逻，发现可疑情况，视情况处理或及时向上级报告。 6、一般性纠纷和事故立即按程序处理，并及时请示汇报。 7、一旦酒店发生火灾应立即报警，按火灾处理程序向有关人员进行报告。 【岗位要求】 1、高中以上学历。 2、处理事情要迅速，果断、准确。 3、具有较好的协调能力，懂得一定安全保卫知识。

1. 熟悉了解酒店产品知识，以及相关活动。 2. 以市场销售计划为指导,针对所在市场执行所有销售计划。 3. 销售代表建立和维持存档中区域的主要客户。 4. 当市场变化时，销售代表通过直接拜访，电话销售，发送邮件的方式给他/她负责区域的客户，当市场有变化时提供反馈信息给宴会销售总监/宴会销售经理。 5. 带领客人参观酒店。 6. 适当的传递宴会销售部的信息给其他部门。 7. 参与所有宴会会议准备，并处理筹备工作及会议中发生的事件。 8. 在及时和高效率的一致方法上实施所有职责，根据酒店建立的政策方针上去达到酒店在市场的全部位置。 9. 对所有酒店的客人/客户/员工保持高水准的专业性。 10. 不向外泄漏任何的商业机密。 11. 实施特别启划关系的职责和分配。
