【岗位职责】
•Responsible for managing the hotel’s training function, including developing a complement of qualified departmental trainers and establishes a hotel training system, responsible for identifying the training needs of the Hotel and ensuring that the employees of the Hotel acquire the necessary skills to perform their duties according to the demands of the hotel.
负责管理酒店的培训职能,包括培养合格的部门培训师和建立一个完善的酒店培训系统,负责确定酒店的培训需要,确保酒店的员工获得必要的岗位技能来满足酒店对此岗位的需求。
•Develop training strategies which address and aligned with hotel guidelines and Human Resources policies on Learning & Development.
制定培训策略,以符合酒店的学习和发展方针及人力资源政策。
•Ensure that Learning & Development are integrated into business plans and budgets, and targeted goals are identified and monitored.
确保将学习和发展整合到商业计划和预算中,并确定和监控目标。
•Develop the hotel's annual/quarterly training plan and budget.
制定酒店年度/季度培训计划及预算。
•Develop and improve the hotel's training management system.
制定并完善酒店各项培训管理制度。
•Manage Learning & Development of hotel employees.
管理酒店员工的学习和发展。
•Be responsible for talent training and talent echelon construction.
负责公司人才培养和人才梯队建设。
•Familiarize yourself with the Artyzen hospitality group’s Training Standards, localizing where necessary, plan, implement and record relative training programs.
了解雅辰酒店集团的培训规范,必要之处进行本地化处理,计划及实施相关项目,并保存相关培训记录。
•Assist Artyzen hospitality group to communicate related group policy information to the hotel.
协助雅辰酒店集团向酒店传达相关集团政策信息。
•Be responsible for the construction of corporate culture, carry out multi-type activities and build brand image.
负责企业文化建设,开展多类型活动,打造品牌形象。
•Helps drive Artyzen culture and philosophy and ensures all training and development activities are strategically linked to the organization’s mission and vision.
协助推广雅辰文化及理念,并且确保所有的培训和发展计划与集团的愿景及使命紧密关联。
•Ensure that all learning and development activities are completely aligned with the Artyzen culture.
确保所有学习与发展活动完全符合雅辰文化。
•Create competitions or projects to sharpen skills and knowledge.
创建比赛或项目来提高技能和知识。
•Be responsible for the construction of the hotel's internal training system, the sorting out of the curriculum system and the development of internal courses, the establishment of internal training instructors, the establishment of a team of lecturers.
负责酒店内部培训体系的构建,课程体系的梳理及内部课程的开发,建立内部培训讲师、组建讲师队伍。
•Design, produce and implement training programmes which meet specific departmental needs in conjunction with department heads, ensuring that training session plans are structured and that training is effective.
与部门领导一起设计、制定和执行能够符合具体的部门要求的培训计划,确保培训课程方案的制定,以及培训的有效性。
•Analyze training needs of the hotel in general and individual departments, and develop strategies which address needs, presenting in the form of a Training Business Plan for the Hotel Manager for review.
分析酒店整体的和各部门的培训需求,针对需求制定策略,用培训业务计划书的形式呈交给酒店经理审阅。
•Delivers briefings of all internal programmes to executive management and department heads.
为行政管理层和各部门负责人提供所有内部培训计划的介绍。
•Regularly understand the training needs of all departments, make training plans, organize and monitor the training process, track and investigate the training effect and give feedback for evaluation.
定期了解各个部门的培训需求,制定培训计划并组织实施监控培训过程,跟踪调研培训效果并反馈评估。
•Analyse Guest Satisfaction Survey for training needs and deficiency.
分析客户满意度调查的培训需求和不足。
•Supervise the internal and external cross-training of the hotel.
监督酒店的内外交叉培训。
•Liaise with other Artyzen Training Managers to share experiences and resources.
与其他雅辰培训经理们保持联系,交流经验,交换资源。
•Expand training channels and training resources and be responsible for negotiating with external training institutions on training projects.
拓展培训渠道和培训资源,负责与外部培训机构洽谈培训项目合作。
•Liaise with educational institutions conducting hospitality and training courses.
同从事旅游服务和培训课程的教育机构保持联系。
•Obtain a network of specialist training professionals who can assist with the conduct of training programmes for advanced or specialist training.
与能够协助提供高级或专业培训的专业人士取得联系。
•Implement and monitor ambassador relations and motivation through the training program in the hotel.
通过培训活动促进员工关系、调动员工积极性。
•Be responsible for establishing, adjusting, and updating performance indicators of each position.
负责建立、调整、更新各岗位绩效指标。
•Provides input for probation and formal performance appraisal discussions to Line Managers in line with company guidelines.
为按照公司的指导方针进行的正式的员工绩效考核和鉴定提供建议。
•Be responsible for the implementation and supervision of performance appraisal.
负责绩效考核工作的执行和监督,对绩效考核的各个环节进行指导监控。
•Be responsible for guiding the performance appraisal work of each department and conducting field interviews for performance appraisal to ensure the authenticity of the appraisal results.
负责对各部门绩效考核工作进行指导及绩效考核进行实地面谈,落实考核结果的真实性。
•Be responsible for the analysis of performance appraisal results, provide performance appraisal basis for talent gradient, promotion, demotion, and transfer of personnel.
负责对绩效考核结果进行分析,为人才梯度、人员晋升、降职、调动提供绩效考核依据。
•Coaches, counsels, and disciplines staff, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance.
向员工提供工作指导、咨询,必要时对其进行批评处分,并提供建设性反馈意见以便提高工作绩效。
【岗位要求】
•Have at least 3 years of working experience in the same position.
有相同岗位工作经验3年以上。
•Be familiar with the procedures of job training.
熟悉岗位培训工作程序。
•Understand the service work norms and quality standards for hotel staff.
了解酒店员工的服务工作规范和质量标准的要求。
•Have good communication and coordination skills.
具有良好的沟通能力和协调能力。
•Have strong comprehensive writing ability and oral expression skills.
具有较强的文字综合能力和口头表达能力。
•Be proficient in operating computers.
