1 制定全年渠道营运目标和计划,根据市场发展订制线上营销推广计划
Formulate the annual channel operation goals and plans, and customize online marketing promotion plans based on market development
2 负责平台的搭建和运维,运营维护自有渠道,监测和管理所有OTA渠道的内容、产品等
Be responsible for the construction and operation and maintenance of the platform, operate and maintain its own channels, and monitor and manage the content, products, etc. of all OTA channels
3 配合各渠道的营销热点完成产品选择,资源协调,后台配置等保证活动顺利进行,达成推广收益
Cooperate with the marketing hotspots of various channels to complete product selection, resource coordination, back-end configuration, etc., to ensure the smooth progress of the activities and achieve promotion benefits
4 优化店铺及商品的点击率、流量、转化率、复购率等,实现营销目标
Optimize the click-through rate, traffic, conversion rate, repurchase rate, etc. of the store and products to achieve marketing goals
5 分析和挖掘市场需求,寻求新的营销方式和营销工具的使用,对酒店收益形成增量

6 制作详尽的月度报告,包括各个维度分析,效果评估以及改进计划

7 优化官方自有平台和渠道表现

8 收集信息,分析竞对及行业信息,为公司制定整体策略提供依据

任职条件:
拥有战略营销或酒店/旅游管理的本科或专科学历;至少两年营销经理或营销分析师工作经验;必须具有战略眼光及良好的解决问题、行政管理和人际交往能力。
Qualifications:
It is preferred to have a bachelor's or associate's degree in strategic marketing or hotel/tourism management. At least two years of working experience as a marketing manager or marketing analyst; One must possess a strategic vision as well as excellent problem-solving, administrative management and interpersonal communication skills.
