工作职责:Role Overview: The Manager of Recruitment is accountable for directing and optimizing recruitment operations, ensuring the acquisition of exceptional talent aligned with Hilton’s business objectives. This role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, leading and executing recruitment initiatives, and delivering an unparalleled candidate experience that reflects Hilton’s commitment to excellence. The Manager of Recruitment will play a pivotal role in executing the recruitment strategy and will contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance Hilton’s reputation as a “Great Place to Work for All”.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment Strategy & Execution:• Partner with leaders to develop and execute recruitment strategy aligned with Hilton’s business goals and growth objectives.
• Partner with hiring managers, functional leaders, HRCs to understand talent needs to provide guidance on talent market trends. • Track and analyze recruitment metrics, recruitment metrics/ dashboards to share the insights and drive continuous improvement.
Talent Acquisition:• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for corporate or hotel leadership roles, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
• Utilize innovative sourcing strategies (e.g., social media, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing) to attract top-tier talent.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
• Reduce Days To Offer by establishing and tracking metrics that reflect our recruitment agility, thereby enhancing our competitive edge in the talent market.• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and hiring.
Employer Branding and Candidate Experience: • Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance Hilton’s reputation as an employer of choice in the hospitality industry.
• Collaborate and leverage Recruitment Marketing team to develop compelling recruitment campaigns and materials.
• Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience by implementing feedback mechanisms NPS and refining recruitment processes.
Stakeholder Influence and Collaboration:
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR Business Partners, functional heads. • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
• Collaborate with APAC recruitment teams to share best practices and ensure consistency in recruitment processes.
Technology and Innovation:
• Leverage recruitment technology (e.g., Applicant Tracking Systems, AI tools, and data analytics) to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in talent acquisition to maintain a
