1. Directs and controlsall subordinate staff to ensure that all day to day operational matters arehandled on time and guest expectations are met

2. Provides guidanceand assistance to the outlet employees helping them in the execution of theirduties and responsibilities

3. Oversees the servicestandards in the outlet ensuring that they conform to the requisite standardsand meet or exceed customer expectations

4. Liases with thekitchen, stewarding, bars, housekeeping and engineering to ensure that theoperation runs smoothly in areas of joint responsibility

Reporting directly to the Floor Supervisor, the Room Attendant is responsible for the cleanliness and supplying of guest rooms and the comfort of all hotel guests as set by the hotel procedures and standards

Oversee the production of food within the restaurant ensuring that the quality of the product is consistently upheld.

In addition, participate in corporate initiatives and external culinary events, as well as assist in the marketing of the food and beverage outlets when necessary.
