Responsibilities - Is responsible for the smooth delivery of Practical Arts course components of each majors at Hainan Lausanne Tourism University（HLTU). Ensures coherence and quality of program. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect different majors. - Manages the Practical Arts Coordinator, Practical Arts faculty members and all the administrative aspects of the various activities (e.g. Grades, Absences, Class rep. meetings, etc.).
