We are currently looking for a Service Associate - Kitchen to join our team.
1. Good knowledge of food service techniques and menu contents.
2. Acquainted and familiar with the use of all electrical and mechanical equipment in the kitchen and observes the safety precautions when handling them.
3. Maintains strict control on food portioning and wastage, ensuring gross food profitability.
4. Ensures that food quality and standards are maintained at all times when preparing for restaurant and banquet functions.
5. Assist the Executive Chef as required.
We are looking for someone who:
1. Physically fit.
2. Minimum 2 years experience in an International class hotel.
3. Displays initiative and creativity.
4. Flexible and adaptable to different working locations.
