岗位职责： 1、为到店客人办理入住登记、退房手续，安排房间，尽最大可能满足客人的合理需求。 2、受理电话、传真、互联网等不同形式的客房预定。 3、检查、核实当时及次日抵达酒店的预定信息，做好预定准备工作。 4、掌握住客动态及信息资料，控制房间状态。 5、积极向到店客人销售酒店客房及酒店会员卡、商品。 6、为客人做好结账工作。 7、保持前台清洁整齐，检查所需表格、文具、宣传品是否齐全。 8、完成上级领导委派的其他工作。 任职要求： 1、年龄18岁-30岁，形象好、气质佳、待人接物大方有礼，普通话流利，有较强的沟通能力与执行力。 2、文化程度：高中（中专）、大专及以上学历 ，可招聘应届毕业生，有工作经验的优先录取。
