We are currently looking for a Service Associate –Front Desk to join our team.
As a Service Associate –Front Desk, we rely on you to:
1. To have complete knowledge of the operational systems at Front Office.
2.To have complete knowledge of Shangri-La standard operating policies and procedures.
3. Familiarize yourself with booking information, customer information, especially the names of incoming viPs and regular customers, and all hotel activities.
4. Performs check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
We are looking for someone who:
1. Presentable, Communication skills, Good Health, Articulate.
2. Has a rather good grasp of both written and spoken English.
3. Ability to interact, Ability to lead a team, Takes ownership and initiative.
4.Knowledge of computer, Able to work flexible hours.
