1. It is responsible for supervising all the Receptionists while they are on shift, ensuring all tasks are completed on a daily basis and shift runs smoothly.主要负责督导前台接待的日常工作,确保所有日常工作的完成,以及每个班次的顺利运转。

· Supervise the implementation of housekeeping standards and procedures in relation to:
