【岗位职责】 1.  按照凯宾斯基饭店标准程序，热情友好的为抵店客人办理入住登记和离店客人办理离店结账手续 2.  办理入住登记手续时，根据客人喜好安排房间。如果需要，帮助客人填写登记表。运用建设性的销售技巧，推销客房及其它酒店服务。确认客人付款方式，遵循既定信用制度，由行李员或由前厅接待本人引领客人至房间，为第一次入住的客人介绍房间设施 3.  按照法律要求负责在公安局提供的软件系统上正确的进行客人入住登记。提高并保持有效性、保密性和安全性 4.  为退房客人办理结账手续时，询问客人是否有新的消费。确认客人的付款方式，结清客人账务并给到相应账单和发票 5.  协助客房部更新房间状态，例如：通知团队离店时间，延迟退房，提前登记入住以及其它特殊需要 6.  执行前台收银员的工作业务，例如：入账，兑换外币和平账，每个班次结束时进行关账 7.  在与客人进行电话或当面沟通时，应礼貌地回答客人讯问。提供或接收信息并采取相应行动，或移交给相关人员处理。例如：提供保险箱，处理留言，处理投诉 8.  按照凯宾斯基标准运作程序，全方位的为客人提供打字，传真，电话和复印服务等以保证客人满意。完整记录商务中心各项服务, 保证准确收取各项服务费用 9.  接受和记录客人的叫醒服务，并通知宾客服务中心 10.  备注和遵守调整客人的需求和个人喜好，确保所有客人的和喜好得到正确的认知 11.  为客人存档客史 12.  随时了解酒店服务设施信息以及每日会议活动 13.  掌握酒店产品知识，当地旅游商务信息，以便回答客人问题 14.  随时保持工作区域清洁卫生 15.  掌握客房预订标准程序 16.  收集客人意见卡，在班次结束时，交接需要跟进的客人意见、投诉、不寻常的状况和突发事件，确保工作的有效性并上报与前厅值班经理 【岗位要求】 1.  大专及以上学历 2.  能吃苦耐劳，相貌端正，头脑灵活，能适应翻班制 3.  具备与宾客沟通交流技巧和很好的客服意识，能承受工作压力
