This role partners closely with Focused Service Operations leadership and HGI teams to drive high team engagement through strategic and impactful HR and Talent initiatives. Key areas of focus include talent and leadership development, project and program management, innovation, performance management, employee relations, and compliance. As a strategic HR partner, the Senior Manager supports property HR teams and collaborates with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver advanced, business-aligned HR solutions. This role is instrumental in embedding Hilton’s culture across all levels of the organization, ensuring leaders uphold the Team Member Code of Conduct and consistently deliver exceptional service to both customers and team members.What will I be doing? HR Strategy and Talent Development:• Serve as the strategic HR partner to Focused Service leadership, delivering people strategies and owning all HR Key Strategic Priorities (KSPs) across the region.• Collaborate with VP HR GCM and VP Operations Focused Service to align HR strategies and KPIs with business goals.• Champion a “Great Place to Work for All” culture • Lead talent development through robust talent reviews, succession planning, mobility programs, coaching, and mentoring to ensure a sustainable leadership pipeline.• Guide hotels in developing annual HR plans and KPIs aligned with business and regional HR objectives.• Coach and elevate property HR leaders to become strategic business partners.• Partner with Learning & Talent Development (L&TD) to drive Human Capital Meetings at regional and area levels, ensuring succession planning for GM and 4D roles.• Facilitate regular talent conversations with high-potential team members, Women-in-Leadership, Youth, and Differently-Abled populations.Project and Program Management:• Lead key HR programs including Performance Management, Talent Reviews, Year-End Compensation, DE&I initiatives, and Global Team Member Surveys.• Collaborate with HR COEs to anticipate business trends and design responsive HR solutions.• Ensure full adoption of HR programs at the property level, covering Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, Talent Management, HR Digitalization, and Productivity.• Support VP Ops and hotel GMs in owner communications, especially around GM placements, HR initiatives, and workforce planning.• Review HOD-level compensation packages to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.• Manage ad-hoc HR requests including team member grievances, property-level reviews, and workforce planning.Business Performance Review:• Actively partner with Focused Service leadership (Operations, Finance, Commercial) to monitor and enhance hotel performance.• Participate in budget reviews, monthly forecasts, and on-site business reviews to support balanced scorecard achievement.• Continuously innovate HR systems and practices to drive efficiency, productivity, and financial performance.Employee Relations and Compliance:• Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and Hilton policies across all HR domains.• Lead compliance audits and address critical employee relations issues, especially those involving leadership.• Support HR pre-opening processes to ensure people-readiness.• Conduct monthly regional HR meetings to foster communication, engagement, and best practice sharing.• Actively contribute to HR conferences, regional meetings, and Human Capital forums.任职资格:What are we looking for?• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.• Proven success in driving HR strategy within a multinational, matrixed, and diverse organization; hospitality experience is a plus.• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.• A change agent with a passion for innovation and a culture champion.• Deep understanding of labor laws and HR practices across Greater China & Mongolia.• Skilled in coaching, mentoring, and influencing across all levels.• Fluent in English and Mandarin.• Willing to travel 50%+ across the region.
