To be responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the Spa & Fitness Center.

Personally, and frequently verify that guests are receiving the best possible service in line with Hyatt standards.
保证客人接受到凯悦标准的服务。
Responds to the results of the Consumer Audit and ensures that the relevant changes are implemented.
根据顾客意见调查结果,确保所有改进措施贯彻执行。
Establish rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationship and handle all guest complaints, requests and enquiries on Spa & Fitness Center services.
与客人建立和谐的关系并且处理客人对水疗及健身中心的投诉,要求和服务询问。
Responsible to drive and promote Spa and Fitness membership and maintain a close relationship with members.
负责推销水疗中心与健身中心的会员销售并与会员保持良好关系。
Design and implement monthly sales, promotions and motivation program in collaboration with the operation departments.
与酒店运营部门合作策划并贯彻每月销售计划/销售活动,并策划员工销售鼓励方案。
Maximize Retail Sales and Revenues through training and incentive program.
通过员工培训和奖励计划有效提高营业效益。
About the Role: Weare seeking a highly motivated and experienced Distribution Manager to join ourteam at Residence G Shenzhen. The Distribution Manager will be responsible foroverseeing and optimizing our distribution channels to ensure maximum occupancyand revenue of the Suite Rooms. This role requires a strategic thinker who candevelop and implement effective distribution strategies while collaboratingwith various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and optimizedistribution channels to ensure maximum occupancy and revenue.
· Develop and implementdistribution strategies to enhance market presence.
· Collaborate with the sales andmarketing teams to create and execute promotional campaigns.
· Monitor and analyzedistribution performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
· Ensure compliance with industryregulations and standards.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in BusinessAdministration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
· Proven experience indistribution management within the hospitality industry.
· Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication andnegotiation abilities.
· Proficiency in distributionmanagement software and tools.
· Ability to work effectively ina fast-paced and dynamic environment.
