BASIC FUNCTION基本职责
Responsible for planning, organizing,conducting, leading and auditing the performance of personnel involved in BellService activities.
负责计划,组织,领导,主管,协调,审核行李员的日常工作。
DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES职责和义务
1. Supervises the activities of Bellman andDoormen engaged in duties such as carrying baggage,rooming guests, paging, running errands andposting information on the event order board.
主管行李员日常工作包括行李递运,安置客人,呼叫,信息传达并在事件项目表上作记录。
2. Answers telephone calls for Bell Serviceand attends to guest inquiries requests and complaints regarding his section.
回答有关行李员服务的电话并处理客人对其部门的询问要求和投诉。
3. Determines work schedule of all BellService personnel; reviews record of attendance and
accomplishments of Bell Service personnelin log books; ensures that pending items are completed; takes appropriateaction.
为所有行李员制订工作日程表,在笔记本上核查行李员任务出席和完成情况,确保未完成项目将及时完成,采取适当行动。
4. Supervises maintenance and control ofuse of Bell Service Baggage room; enforces cleanliness of baggage room and proper procedures inreceiving, storing and issuing baggage.
主管行李房的使用和维护,处理行李房的清洁事务并根据适当程序收取、存储和处理行李。
5. Ensures that personnel are alwaysproperly groomed neat and orderly and proper in manner and deportment.
确保员工仪表得体、干净有序、并能使用适当的礼仪。
6. Keeps superior informed regarding theperformance of his section; suggests possible ways and means of improving service.
向上级领导反馈员工表现的事宜,对提高服务质量的方式方法提出建议。
7. Appraises performance of subordinatesand recommends appropriate action basing on results of rating.
根据情况表扬员工的表现和推荐良好的行为。
8. Identifies training needs ofsubordinates of personnel within his section.
如有需要则进行部门内部人员培训。
9. Performs such other duties common to allsupervisors and other duties as may be assigned.
完成领导安排的其他工作。
