8. Controls and handles out keys to guests.
保管及为客人分发钥匙。
9. Welcomes and assigns rooms to hotel guests according to reservations made.
根据预定要求,恭迎客人并为其分配客房。
10. Controls and maintains arrivals and departures records and pre-registration cards for VIPs and returning guests.

11. Attends to guest’s inquiries and requests.

13.Maintain, count and keep secure all house funds.
负责保存及计算备用金并确保它的安全。

JOB REQUIREMENT 岗位要求
1. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
熟练应用电脑办公软件。
2. Good Chinese and basic written and verbal English skills.
良好的中文及基础的英文书写与口头表达能力。
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT 教育及学历要求
Technical School or above
职业技术学校学历或以上
Primary Responsibilities 主要职责:
· Assist Chief Steward in maintenance and care of all FB operating equipment.
· Maintain quality produced by the dishwashing machines on all chinaware, glass, and flatware to meet the hotel standard.
· Maintain proper controls on all chemical used throughout the hotel.
· Maintain cleanliness throughout all the kitchens.
· Clean pots and pans and be organized at all times.
· Polish hollowware and follows strictly specifications to ensure maximum quality.
· Pick up and disposes of all refuse, boxes, bottles and garbage.
· 协助总管事保养餐饮部所有的设备。
· 保持洗碗机的洗品(瓷器,玻璃,不锈钢用具)质量达到饭店要求。
· 保持化学用品的合适的用量。
· 保持所有厨房的清洁。
· 清洁用具并摆放整齐。
· 要严格按照要求擦亮不锈钢用具。
· 处理所有的废物及垃圾。
Knowledge and Experience 知识和经验
· Health and hard working.
· 1 year abobve experience .
· 身体健康,能吃苦耐劳。
· 有同等岗位一年以上经验。
