【岗位职责】 负责管理所有前厅单位的运营效率和服务工作。根据设定的说明和标准提供及时和专业的入住和退房服务。 进行有效的交接班简报工作，以明确酒店活动和运营要求。 在当班期间监督前厅部运营情况，包括：维护客户信息，统计入住情况，协助解决严重投诉问题。 在当班期间监督收银活动，包括：现金处理和银行业务程序，施应收帐款控制，准备财务报告，对收银系统实施监管。 【岗位要求】 熟练使用微软办公软件和前台系统。 拥有1年前厅或宾客服务工作经验，包括管理经验，或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。

1.     确保预订部运作的流畅性，并与相关部门通力协作，如销售部，为您服务中心部，前厅部以及宴会统筹部 2.     为预定销售文员提供与预定相关联的培训，以确保在预定过程中精确判断客人的需求，使酒店的收益最大化并且满足不同客人的需求及增加员工的利益。 3.     确保批发价和公司合同价输入在系统里的正确性，并时时保持更新。  

1,餐饮部主管支持经理的工作，对监督和协调每日客房用餐和维持酒店制定的最高服务标准。 2,熟悉菜肴酒水知识，送餐服务的工作规范及质量标准. 3,查看饮品、食品的出品要求，做好准备工作。安排饮品、食品及时送到房间。 4,做好各部门之间的沟通和协调，主动解决问题，并及时将问题反映给部门经理。 5,及时处理客人投诉和员工之间的工作沟通问题，合理调解工作中的一切问题。
