【岗位职责】
1.遵守客户服务的会议宴会标准。
FollowsEvent Standards for customer service.
2.严格遵守财务部发布的与出纳和现金处理相关的所有政策和程序。
Strictlyadheres to all policies and procedures issued by Finance with regards to cashiering and cash handling.
3.运营中展现很高的热情确保整个宴会部门的正常有序运营;确保每个服务人员都能在客人需要时第一时间提供服务。
Onewill show a high level of enthusiasm to ensure the smoothness of operation –overlooking of the restaurants should be thorough; ensure the members ofservice team are always reachable for the customers during operation.
4.培训及运营需要的时候为团队成员提供实际服务的榜样。
Be the rolemodel to carry out hands- on service when it is needed during operation andtraining activities.
【岗位要求】
1.大专及以上学历,2年或以上酒店相关岗位工作经历。
College degree or above, with 2 years or more of work experience in hotel-related positions.
2.具有良好的服务导向。
Possess excellent service orientation.
3.具有较好的团队协作精神。
Demonstrate strong team collaboration spirit.
1. Be strict to struggle with the bad behavior, and actively arrest the person when breaking the law.
敢于与一切不良行为作斗争,发现违法乱纪人员积极奋勇擒拿。
2. Take the shift procedure well when on and off duty, and should be clear.
上下班要做好交接班手续,而且要清清楚楚。
3. Help to keep a safety work environment in the hotel.
积极协助经理做好酒店内的安全防范工作。
4. Perform other duties assigned by management.
认真完成上级临时交给的各项工作任务。
