Job Description:
1.通过制定和执行工作方案来开发新业务客戶,维护现有业务客戶。
1.Establish new business and
maintain existing business accounts through the preparation and execution of
action plans.
2.参加客户拜访。
2.Participate in conducting client interviews.
3.监测同档次酒店并与经理就策略的更改进行交流。
3.Monitor competitive set and communicate tactical changes to Manager.
4.招待潜在客户和现有重要客户以获得业务和创造更多销售额。
4.Entertain prospects and
existing key accounts with the view to sustain business and generate further
sales.
5.执行使客人熟悉环境的现场考察活动。
5.Conduct familiarizations and
site inspections.
6.每月实现预算目标和新的业务目标。
6.Achieve monthly budget goals
and new business targets.
7.建立和维护与酒店的各部门的良好工作关系,例如:前台、餐饮、财务和预订部门。
7.Set up and maintain good
working relationship with all other areas of the hotel’s operations, such as
Front Office, Food and Beverage, Accounting, Reservations etc.
8.与业务供应方、会展策划人、游客或会展旅行代理、旅行社、航空公司、公司、政府部门及其它与酒店业务密切相关方建立和保持联系。
8.Develop and maintain contact
with business generators, meeting and convention planners, Visitors/Convention
Bureau travel agents, tour operators, airlines, corporate accounts, Government
Departments and other producers closely allied to Hotel Business.
岗位要求:
Job Requirements:
1.大专及以上文化程度,优秀的中英文听说读写能力。
1. College degree or above, excellent Chinese and English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
2.至少3年的酒店销售经验,有很强的星级酒店市场及生意拓展理念。
2.Minimum of 3 years Sales
management experience and a strong understanding of
overall hotel business.
3.必须有了解、影响酒店业的当地市场情况的能力。
3.Must have the ability to
understand local markets that affect the business of the hotel.
4.具有很强的学习能力,分析和解释复杂的活动和/或信息,以提高新的实践和发展的新方法。
4.Ability to study, analyze and
interpret complex activities and/or information in order to improve new
practices or develop new approaches.
