岗位职责 1、要熟知菜单、食品配方及其它方面的知识，能够按客人喜好推荐各种食品及饮料。 2、根据不同规格宴会标准提供专业、国宾式的服务。 3、熟练掌握不同规格的宴会摆台布置、餐具摆放、不同国家和地域宾客的饮食文化。 4、根据标准流程做好每批宴会的接待服务。 5、就餐结束做好收尾工作，及器皿的收点存放工作。 6、掌握一定西餐服务技能。 6、做好上级管理员下达其他各项工作。 岗位要求 男，25周岁以下，身高1.78米以上，女，25周岁以下，身高1.65米以上，本科及以上学历，酒店管理相关专业，五官端正，形象气质佳，有一定的英语基础和口语交流能力，培养方向国宴服务师，有餐饮宴会服务工作经验者及女士优先。

【岗位职责】 1、确保自己的服饰、发型整洁、淡妆等方面全部符合规定的要求。 2、查看交班记录，了解上一班的移交事项，并负责处理。 3、熟悉预订资料，了解客情，尤其要记住即将来店的贵宾、常客的姓名，了解酒店的所有活动。 4、熟悉酒店有关客房销售的各项政策，向来店宾客推销客房，努力争取最好的经济效益。 5、熟练总台各项专业业务和技能，搞好对客服务。 6、熟练掌握店内外信息，提供准确的问讯服务。 7、负责为下榻酒店的宾客办理入住登记手续。 8、制作有关报表，为其它部门提供准确的接待信息。 【岗位要求】 1、文化程度不限，懂得英语优先。 2、性格开朗、头脑灵活、工作踏实，具有较强的服务意识、推销意识和责任感。 3、通晓酒店各项对客政策、设施设备及服务种类以及总台工作程度和规范。 4、相貌端正，身体健康。

1. 熟知并严格遵守部门所有的政策、服务流程和工作标准； 2. 别墅清洁服务员日常工作量安排（分房）准备、工作表准备和打印重要的清单和报表； 3. 确保所有的别墅都干净整洁，从清洁指数以及别墅客房服务两个层面达到专业水品以及品牌标准，为隐世客人提供独特难忘以及个人化的入住体验； 4. 负责隐世别墅区的沟通协调、培训督导，始终提供一个无缝连接、友好高效的别墅日常清洁以及夜床服务，协助客房经理全面开展别墅区整体的运营管理督导； 5. 持别墅工作间区域、清洁服务专用电瓶车以及清洁工具和清洁剂的干净和安全。 任职资格: 1.  熟练使用各种办公软件、Opera PMS 以及E-Housekeeping； 2.  良好的沟通协调能力。
