    所属分店:北京沃夫冈餐饮 职位描述 1. 全面负责餐厅的经营管理工作,确保所有分部(餐厅经理和厨房总厨)对收入利润和服务标准承担相应责任。 2. 明确核算运营预算中应达到的收入、花费、人力、营运设备及固定资产费用。 3. 负责实现餐厅的营业收入指标和利润指标。督导食品和酒水的成本控制及通过与餐厅经理和厨房总厨的密切合作,来发展餐厅的各种推广活动,不断提升餐厅的收益。 4. 妥善处理客诉,根据就餐客人的意见和反馈,不断改进并提升服务和出品质量,提升客人的满意度。 5. 执行公司的规章制度,完善餐厅相关的流程。 6. 充分立即并坚持执行食品卫生、消防安全方面的工作。 7. 统筹和培养人才,提升员工素质。 任职资格: 1. 具有5年以上餐饮或厨房工作经验/五星级酒店餐饮部经理以上职位/高端社会餐饮管理经验,同岗位经验优先。 2. 熟悉食品采购、储藏、厨房生产以及餐厅服务过程,善于安排各个环节的工作,能保证餐厅管理的协调发展。 3. 具有全面的关于劳动力控制、财务、食品安全、酒水、餐饮知识与管理技能、广告策划、工程设备等方面的知识储备。 4. 通过培训、指导、管理、激励等方式提升员工个人能力,调动员工积极性。 5. 良好的职业操守和品德、认真务实、以身作则、有奉献精神。 6. 良好的英文口语与书写能力。

    Assists to direct the functions of operations, administration and planning of the Food & Beverage Department to meet the daily needs of the operation.
