Understand Howard Johnson International and / or hotel tax obligations, seeking the assistance of locally-appointed auditors or tax experts. Ensure all the requisite licenses are in place for foreign exchange dealings, imports, liquor, swimming pools, entertainment and so forth from the appropriate regulatory agencies. Review and ensure proper procedures and controls of purchasing, receiving, storing, and requisitioning functions. Administer and control cash management which may include investing in time deposits in banks approved by Howard Johnson International and/or the owner as stipulated in the hotel management agreement, as well as obtaining overdraft facilities whenever necessary. Liaise with both internal and external auditors in compliance with the Company’s requirements. Administer the EDP department and ensure that the hotel computer system and software are fully utilized, well safeguarded and properly maintained. Keep and safeguard all contracts, leases, insurance policies, licenses, and all legal and financial documents. Administer Howard Johnson International and hotel insurance matters in conjunction with the locally appointed insurance agent.     酒店总工程师一职必须负责保证酒店建筑以及其所有设备的有效运行、辅助维护和修理服务以及保护业主的资产。酒店结构方面、地坪以及室外设施的维护也属于其工作范围。 教育背景: 取得电气或机械方面的证书,经过完整的培训,具有工程师任职资格,毕业于高等技术学校或高等院校。 工作经验: 至少5-10年,4或5星级酒店 副总工程师以上职位工作经验。 工作技能/知识: 1. 精通5星级酒店机械,电力,土建和相关设备的运转原理。 2. 在酒店工程设备方面具有广泛丰富的知识。 3. 掌握最新工程领域设备的趋势和应用。 4. 掌握预算和基础财务方面的知识。 5. 良好的语言沟通技能。 6. 有能力管理和激励员工。

    The JOB   :  Top 3 Roles & Responsibilities or Deliverables: 1.      Support growth and success of Company by proactively providing analysis and recommendations for new investments and business opportunities in the field of luxury hospitality with the preparation of feasibility reports and business proposals, providing recommendations/conclusions. 2.      Analytical support for operations and sales by evaluating performance data, keeping abreast of trends and extrapolating this for future business. 3.      Well versed with the hospitality landscape for Asia Pacific including Greater China. QUALIFICATION (Experience, Education, Professional Certification) (e.g. Year of Relevant Experience, Degree/Certification, International Exposure, Network/Associations) Top 3 MUST HAVE: 1.      Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Real Estate, Hospitality or other related fields from an international school of repute. 2.      Strong knowledge of financial models and P&L including an understanding of the current and future hotel investment market, international lifestyle and luxury hotel brands. Access to business intelligence within the hospitality industry.

    分析集团整体的和各酒店的培训需求,针对需求制定策略,编写集团培训计划。 分析酒店业务与流程及卓越运营管理对人才能力需求,聚焦核心能力,设计相应的人才发展计划、方法与培训材料工具等,战略性地促进人才成长适应酒店业务发展变化的需求。   通过研讨会、培训课、网络培训等多种渠道有效执行培训计划。 编写完善品牌服务课程,在集团内进行推广。  开展各类宣传,弘扬企业文化。 监督每个酒店培训业务计划的进展,确保实现培训目标。 指导各酒店培训经理设计、制定和执行能夠符合具体的成员酒店要求的培训计划,确保培训课程方案的制定,以及培训的有效性。 健全集团的培训统计数据库。 与能够协助提供高级或专业培训的专业人士取得联系。 编制月度培训报告。 更新培训资源和资料供应商的信息和记录。 编制和管理培训预算。 运用集团学习与发展线上线下平台的优势,提升酒店人才培训效果。
