About the job Based at the Mandarin Oriental Sanya within the Security Department in Sanya, the Director of Security is responsible for the day to day maintain the safe environment around hotel, deal emergency and administering supervision for all colleagues within security department (patrol and fire control centre) to ensure that smooth running of the operation to serve all guests have an enjoyable and comfortable a stay as possible. Moreover, the Director of Security is responsible to check staff working plan and training plan and spot-check training section. Performance duties will accord the procedure. The Director of Security reports to the Hotel Manager.
