JOB DESCRIPTION
Formulate procurement policies, strategies and procedures, and ensure their implementation after approval by management.
Approve all purchase applications and orders.
According to the hotel demand and market supply to determine the reasonable price, reliable quality of goods, good reputation, excellent after-sales service suppliers, to determine the supply relationship.
Responsible for the main business negotiations with manufacturers for bulk commodity orders, review the execution and implementation of all contracts and other business and agreements.
Responsible for organizing market research, timely providing market information to the hotel, guiding subordinates to complete various procurement tasks of the hotel as planned, and reducing costs and saving expenses as far as possible within the budget.
QUALIFICATION
5 years of international brand hotel items procurement experience.
Have a good English foundation.
Proficient in procurement procedures and the conclusion of procurement contracts.
with strong organizational skills, communication skills and management skills.
