主要职责:
熟知菜单、酒类和饮料情况(包括特殊食材和推荐食材);
按照所有合理要求行事,或在公司制定的参数范围内按照工作时间或工作区域的变动要求进行工作;
遵守公司的着装修饰标准(总经理特许的情况除外);
保持部门设备工作状态良好且清洁,保持工作区域的清洁;
自主性强,工作效率高,遵守工作标准,无需上级作出过多管理和指示即可自行展开工作;
遵守我们的运营标准要求,同事工作中具有主动能动性;
快速适应并积极适应新环境;
在变化的环境下保持工作效率和生产率;
可以同时处理两个或两个以上任务/情况。
Main Responsibility:
Have a clear knowledge of the menu, wine and beverage offerings including specials and promotional material.
Adhere to any reasonable request or change to working time or area, within the parameters set out by company standards.
Comply with company grooming standards unless the GM gives specific exceptions.
Maintain cleanliness and working condition of departmental equipment and work area
Self-reliant, working with minimal control and direction.
Acts on own initiative when appropriate within operating parameters.
Adapts quickly and positively to new situations.
Continues to be productive in changing circumstances.
Can handle more than one task/situation at a time.
