The incumbent is
responsible for providing service and support to the human resources team and
ensuring the smooth operation of human resources functions such as recruitment,
Social Insurance, and employee relationship.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
Recruitment
& Employment 招聘及雇佣

Draft
and place recruitment advertisements on newspapers, websites and magazines
起草招聘广告,刊登在报纸、网站和杂志上
·
Prepare
reports with statistics on all advertisements results and effectiveness
统计所有招聘广告的结果及成效并制作相关报告
·
Assist
Human Resources Manager to do recruitment market survey according to time frame
协助人力资源经理定期进行招聘市场调查
·
Ensure
the vacancies are internally posted on colleagues notice boards and through
internal email system
确保空缺职位信息在员工布告栏及内部电子邮件系统的发布

Responsible
for initial resume screening

Arrange,
schedule and co-ordinate all interviews

Responsible
for first interview for supervisory level and general staff level

Prepare
weekly or monthly recruitment report

Prepare
and send regret letters according to time frame set

Maintain

all social insurance and housing related issues of local staff

Conduct
daily locker inspection

Assist
in the quarterly locker inspection

in organizing colleague social events and activities such as annual colleague
party, annual colleague outing, sports activities, festivals activities,

Certificate / Diploma / Bachelor in Hotel
Management / Secretarial Study / Administration / Management Study
