综合薪资:3400-6000(底薪+业绩提成)
【岗位职责】
1、负责下榻酒店的宾客入住登记手续、退住手续,学习并熟练操作酒店前台系统。
Be responsible for the check-in and check-out procedures of hotel guests, and learn and skillfully operate the hotel front desk system.
2、接受线上、线下客户对酒店的预订需求,并予以妥善解决。
Accept the hotel reservation needs of online and offline customers and solve them properly.
3、接听客户对酒店等产品信息的咨询电话,热情接待宾客,处理基础客诉,予以解答并作好相关记录。
Answer customers' telephone inquiries about hotel and other product information, warmly receive guests, handle basic customer complaints, answer them and make relevant records.
4、熟悉处理房间预订的程序,给宾客提供给最新和最准确的房况信息。
Familiar with the procedure of handling room reservation, and provide guests with the latest and most accurate room information.
5、落实“预订未到宾客”的名单和每日团队取消情况。
Implement the list of "not booked guests" and the daily cancellation of the team.
6、调节和控制房间预订、销售。
Adjust and control room reservation and sales.
【岗位要求】
1、高中学历,掌握基本电脑操作;
High school education, master basic computer operation;
2、善于沟通,形象气质佳。
Good at communication, good image and temperament.
