职责描述 Job Description:
负责饼房的日常运行和所有相关厨房的出品及质量保证,主要职责包括但不限于:
Be responsible for daily operation of the pastry kitchen and all kitchen production and quality assurance. Main responsibilities including but not limited to:
- 确保所有出品均符合酒店要求及品牌标准,确保食物成本控制在预算内,并达成营运计划的目标,确保专业的人员管理
Ensure that all products meet the established standards by hotel and Brand standards, ensure that food cost are kept within budget and business objectives are achieved, ensure professional people management available.
- 严格遵守所有规则和法规,包括酒店的防火和安全政策以及酒店管理分公司食品安全操作标准
All rules & regulations are strictly adhered to within the hotel including hotel’s policy on fire and safety as well as Hotel Management Branch food safety management standard.
- 与相关部门建立牢固、周到、相互尊重的联系和沟通,相互支持,共同完成工作
Establish strong, thoughtful and respectful ties and communication with related departments to support each other and accomplish the tasks together.
- 合理筹划饼房的值班表,确保质量及最高的人事成本效率
Properly control the duty roster for pastry kitchen to ensure the production quality and the highest personnel cost efficiency.
- 领导成本效益化,不断提供最高质量,并推动高收入和利润
Lead the restaurant cost-efficient, constantly deliver the highest quality as well as drive high top-line revenue and profit.
- 熟悉且了解环境,在市场上广为人知,了解并领先于竞争力和本地趋势
Know and understand the environment, be known in the market, understand and be ahead of the competitive forces and local trends.

With luxury brand hotel experience
- 富有创意,具备开发新产品的能力
Creative and capable of developing new products
- 具备应对大客流量的工作经验
With experience of handling big passenger flow volume
- 适应快节奏的工作环境
Be able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
- 熟练掌握烘焙技术
With good knowledge of baking techniques
- 在决策和解决问题方面具有创造性和主动性
Be creative and proactive in decision-making and problem solving
- 具备在跨国工作环境工作的适应力和沟通能力
Be able to work in a multinational environment
