DUTIES:
1. Responsible for the management and operations of bartender team.
2. Maximize profits, ensure beverage and spirits quality.
3. Obtain customers’ feedback to ensure satisfaction.
4. Fully in charge and follow the Guest Bottles Storage, including monthly inventory.
5. To be updated on new trends in the market in order to seek improvement of operations.
REQUIREMENT:
1. Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar position.
2. Strong beverage knowledge, from cocktails to spirits.
3. Customer oriented and Creative.
4. High standards of professional manner with exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Good command of spoken English and Mandarin. Affected by the epidemic, Mandarin speaker who is in China is preferable.
