PURPOSE OF JOB  He guarantees and monitors the stock and the deliveries of the village. He is responsible for managing storage warehouses and deliveries to maximize efficiency and secure the business qualitatively and quantitatively. 岗位职责： 1.配合采购总监落实各项招标项目、执行公司下派的各项任务和指标。 2.负责与各供应商的谈判及议价工作。 3.组织业务活动，培训各类采购人员，不断提高工作效率。 4.及时跟踪掌握市场价格行情变化及品质情况，以期提升产品品质及降低采购成本。 5.完成公司项目的采购招标工作，及公司总部实施的集采合同的执行，保证酒店管理公司的标准和程序得以贯彻执行。 6.与各部门保持密切关系，对采购过程中遇到的问题反馈给采购总监并提出有利的建议和意见。 7.协助采购总监完成对莱华公司旗下单体酒店/酒楼的监管工作。 岗位要求： 1.良好的表达能力、较强的组织能力。 2.熟练使用日常的办公软件、具备基本的英文知识。 3.熟悉国家合同法、经济法规，熟知酒店采购物品能够提供合适的供应资源。

岗位职责： 1.统筹酒店招标采购工作，安排各项目招采工作进度，及时完成酒店各类项目的招标采购； 2.负责指导采购过程中各类文件的制作； 3.负责对接国招，完成相关文件的编辑及确认； 4.组织自行招标的开标、评标工作； 5.定期组织采购人员培训学习采购制度及流程； 6.根据酒店的需求完善与更新供应商库; 7.建立供应商履约评价标准，并组织完成供应商的履约评价工作； 8.建立供应商资质审核标准，要求供应商配合酒店相关采购工作； 9.统筹相关采购货物及服务的品质监控及协调处置，对不符合要求的产品，协调退换货、补货及调换； 10.组建定价小组，完成对食材的每期定价； 11.调研各分公司物资需求、使用情况及请购物资的详细参数，选购合适产品； 12.审核各部门的采购计划，对常用物资按库存规定按计划采购，并防止物资积压； 13.完成公司采购项目的档案管理工作。建立清晰的合同台账，档案编码，并存档入库； 14.完成上级交办的其他工作。 任职条件： 1.年龄40周岁以下，大专(含）以上学历； 2.具备一定的英文听、说，及阅读能力； 3.熟练使用办公自动化软件； 4.四星级酒店8年以上相关工作经验； 5.掌握基本采购技巧，善于处理议价，价格谈判等工作；有责任心，能主动维护公司利益，无不良诚信记录； 6.细致耐心，善于沟通。
