Scope of Position:
This position entails maintaining payroll records for all employees in accordance with all Governmental & Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group Standards. The Paymaster must ensure adherence to all internal & governmental reporting requirements with respect to Payroll Information & ensure their accuracy. This individual shall prepare, maintain and audit all payroll records, issue employee pay checks and manage all related payroll information.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business related field of study
Three to five years prior experience managing payroll preparation for large multi-unit operation
Thorough knowledge of, PRC and City of Shanghai Social Benefits and labour laws
Effective management, leadership, organizational and communication skills
Ability to work flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
Proficiency in computer software, specifically, Payroll/Time and Attendance software
Strong Proficiency in Excel and all other Windows based applications
Good command of English and Mandarin
Strong Team Player, enthusiastic to learn and accomplish the Finance Department & Mandarin Oriental Overall Goals.

职位要求:
财务或相关专业本科毕业
三至五年从事工资管理工作的经验
详细了解中华人民共和国法律、上海城市社会福利及劳动法。
具备有效的管理、领导、组织及沟通能力
能够适应灵活工作时间,包括周末和假日
熟练使用电脑软件,特别是工资及考勤软件
熟练使用Excel及Windows应用软件
中文和英语良好
积极的团队成员,具有学习热情并努力实现财务部及文华东方酒店的总体目标。
