As a Secretary to General Manager, we rely on you to:
1.To Schedule appointments and maintains calendar for the General Manager;
2.Sorts and furnish incoming mails and documents for the General Manger and attaches appropriate file to facilitate necessary action, determines routing, signature required and maintains follow up;
3.Receives incoming calls for the General Manager and takes messages as appropriate;
4.Establishes and maintains effective and positive internal and external relations within the company/Head Office/Owner’s Office on behalf of the General Manager, as well as the Executive Office;
5.Performs other administrative duties as required by the General Manager if needed.
We are looking for someone who:
1.Familiar with Microsoft Office;
2.Communicates and writes with fluency in English (and local language);
3.Secretary experience in 5-star hotel;
4.Good communication and social ability, sense of responsibility, passion, professionalism and patience;
