Job Purpose:
As the Sustainability Analyst for Greater China, this role is pivotal in ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing support of GAIA 2.0 across all hotels (M&F) in the region. This role will be responsible for a range of critical tasks related to sustainability reporting and technical oversight.
Primary Responsibilities:
1.Technical Overview and Configuration:
● Provide technical oversight for GAIA2.0, including system configuration, project planning, and report functionality.
● Assist with user onboarding, ensuring proper access rights and responsibilities.
● Address Level 1 support issues related to GAIA2.0, such as resolving system errors, data misloads, and lost invoices or proof points.
2.Onboarding New Properties:
● Facilitate the onboarding process for new properties onto GAIA2.0.
● Configure system settings and determine reporting streams and data points.
3. Training and Support:
● Train Hotel Sustainability leaders on GAIA2.0 reporting requirements.
● Conduct training sessions for 150+ hotels (including those under Master Franchise) across 9 projects with over 900+ data points
4. Property Reviews and Data Cleaning:
● Perform property reviews for 150+ hotels.
● Collaborate with department heads (F&B, Rooms, T&C, Engineering, F&B, Kitchen) and General Managers.
● Analyze division results and ensure data accuracy during 30-minute review sessions per hotel.
5. Metrics and Reporting:
● Review metrics for closed hotels or those leaving the Accor Greater China region.
● Accurately forecast and record sustainability metrics for the current year.
● Report on 16 global projects, tracking over 900 data points to achieve sustainability goals and KPIs.
6. Global Representation and Collaboration:
● Participate in global technical team calls to discuss adoption rates and status updates for all Greater China hotels.
7. Bulk Data Uploads:
● Manage bulk data uploads for hotels operated by the Master Franchise.
Knowledge and Experience:
● Experience in DTS or audit
● Administration background
● Knowledge of Accor systems
● Management of big number of hotels
