To implement associate welfare policies in an accurate and timely
manner to ensure all procedures are implemented reasonably, in conformity with
the Law; To provide all administrative work in Talent & Culture, e.g.
application of office equipment, drafting documents, arranging meetings, taking
minutes and complete Talent & Culture reports etc.
Assist Managers
to finalize the task of recruitment. Prepare and organize the recruitment
activity. Responsible for the day-to-day recruitment matters, hotel staff and
to establish employment channels and the talent pool.
To manage and maintain associate facilities in good condition in order to
ensure all associates are
satisfied, which includes, associate accommodation, dining room, lockers, internet room, associate living room, associate dormitory, bicycle parking for associates, car-park for associate, notice board etc.
Assist Talent Development Manager to coordinate and conduct all
kinds of training in the Hotel and performs training administration duties.
