1. 市场传讯经理负责通过公关和促销活动以实现集团和酒店在本地和国际上的定位目标。
Responsible in achieving the
Brand and Hotel positioning objectives locally and internationally through
Public Relations and Promotion activities.
2.协助市场销售总监开发公关促销计划及制作预算。
Assists
the Director of Sales & Marketing in the development of Public Relations
and Promotion plans and in budget preparation.
3.与媒体、本地社区、客户及集团总部保持密切联系,代表并宣传酒店形象
Represents
and promotes the hotel by maintaining constant contact with the media, local
community, the customer base and headquarter offices.
4.管理市场传讯部,并保证每天的工作及时地完成。
Supervises the Public Relations
department to ensure all daily tasks are completed in a timely fashion.
5.保证所有的宣传资料和广告都达到集团的标准,维护酒店的正确形象和定位。
To protect the correct image and
positioning of the hotel and Brand by meeting corporate standards in all
collateral and advertising material.
6.开拓并实施公关活动,负责制作促销资料、媒体宣传资料及安排媒体对酒店的报道。
To develop and follow through in
public relations activities and be responsible for the production of
promotional materials, press kits and arrange press and media coverage.

岗位职责:
1.协助市场传讯总监开展媒体关系活动,与各类型媒体维持良好的关系
2.独立拓展、维护不同渠道的媒体关系网络,最大化曝光酒店品牌
3.制定媒体发展策略,负责策划各类主题媒体活动,包括不限于新闻发布会、公益活动、品牌联盟合作等;
4. 结合酒店业务,熟悉媒体选题,懂得进行新闻内容组织,中英双语公关稿件撰写,完成媒体发布,监控、效果评估。
5.主动参与到城中各目标品牌的公关活动中,开拓与目标品牌的沟通对接,对酒店进行宣传
6.根据网络公关舆情监控,针对危机预警做出相应危机管理及处置的策划与方案,并组织执行,维护公司及营销品牌市场美誉度,品牌产品好口碑;
7.根据公关传播活动进行执行反馈,分析效果、为以后的传播工作提供参考;
8.不断维护搭建公司自媒体矩阵,根据品牌定位、调性制定媒体年度、季度、月度内容传播方案及粉丝运营方案,并组织执行;(媒体:微信公众号、视频号、抖音、小红书等平台机制需熟悉)
9.部门经理安排的其他工作
任职资格:
1、本科及以上学历,新闻媒体、广告营销学等相关专业;
2、具备5年及以上酒店或媒体公关管理工作经验;
3、拥有强大的媒体沟通能力,精通各类新闻媒介(社会、娱乐等)、社交媒介及自媒体KOL,能主动开拓积累媒体资源,主导发布会媒体邀约、媒体沟通会、媒体专访等活动,提升品牌美誉度;
4、具备优秀的中文及英文口语和书面沟通能力;
5、具有较强的判断应变能力、较强的组织协调能力、谈判能力及人际交往能力
6、形象气质好,有较强的市场信息分析能力和敏锐的洞察力
7、工作责任心强,肯吃苦,工作踏实,创新意识强,思维活跃
Scope职责范围
Be responsible for ensuring that alllearning and organizational development activities are aligned to the corporatedirection. Senior Sales Manager - MICE is mainly responsible for assisting the DOS - MICE to ensure that the MICE sales team & manpower resources are deployed effectively to drive the MICE revenue streams across the key markets of Rosewood Guangzhou.
The role involves assisting to prepare clear MICE Sales strategies for key PCO & MICE market segments and channels of distribution and ensuring the agreed MICE sales plans are implemented in accordance with industry best practices.
Responsible in achieving the room and partial catering sales
objectives assigned.
Assist the Director of Sales in the development of sales plan, sales
budget and forecast preparation and sales target accounts.
Represents and promotes the hotel by maintaining constant contact with
the market and the customer base locally and internationally through Customer
Relationship Management.
Assist the Director of Sales in supervising the Sales department and to
ensure that all daily tasks are completed in a timely fashion.
Works
closely with the Director/Assistant Director of Event in the overall Events
Sales and Operations, which include the planning, directing and implementation
of Catering/Events strategies towards maximizing potential revenues and yield
Achieving
personal Events sales budget figures.
Achieve the
required number of sales call and entertainment per week as agreed upon

Duties:
- Managing associates in F&B outlets

- Providing excellent service to our

Finance Manager/Operation Manager in charge of operation income Audit, account receivable and credit departments.
Duties and Supporting Responsibilities:
1. Review and correct daily revenue journal.
2. Maintain close relations with Travel Agencies, Credit Card companies/banks etc.
3. Respond to and resolves account queries.
4. Calculate travel agent commissions.
5. To ensure timely completion of month end closing including preparation of journal
6. voucher and reconciliation of city ledger balance in general ledger with account receivables aging report.
7. Assists in the management of internal and external audits when they occur
8. Assists in the communication and cooperation with operation departments.
Job Requested:
1. CA certification would be an advantage.
2. Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Finance or Accounting management
3. Minimum 3 years related work experience as Operation Manager and Chief Accountant
4. related in other 5 stars hotel.
5. Able to manage, train and motivate the team.
6. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
