作为一位管培生,你的主要工作职责为:
1. Work in different parts of the hotel to gain a deeper understanding of the hotel system and how the different parts of the hotel work together.
2. Perform the duties related to the assigned rotation position, attend and complete the training required for the rotation position.
3. Actively engage in a wide range of professional activities, including fully participating in and performing job functions, understanding expected service behaviors and interdepartmental linkages, using reports to analyze data, identifying trends and recommending forward-looking solutions, and attending assigned online and/or other training courses related to the job.
4. Assume the duties of line manager, ensure the daily delegation of team guidance, participate in the interview, recruitment and training of team members, evaluate the work of team members and give feedback.
5. With the support of a mentor and mentor, delve into the area of expertise and develop a plan to initiate a tailored "development experience" program

We are looking for someone who:
我们正在寻找一位具备以下条件的候选人:
1. Passionate about the hotel
industry, interested in the hotel management career, with a clear career
development goal.
2. Fresh college graduates and above,
major in
hotel management and tourism management is preferred. More than half a year of hotel
working experience
3.Good command of English (both spoken and written)
1.热爱酒店行业,有志于从事酒店管理事业,具有明确的职业发展目标。
2.应届本科及以上毕业生,酒店管理和旅游管理专业优先;有半年以上的酒店工作经验。
3.具备一定的英语表达能力(包括口语和书面语)
